Avoid Scams & Fraud

During scary times, scams aimed at utility customers increase. We urge you to call us at 1-800-411-7343 if you are worried about any emails or calls you receive from people claiming to be with SDG&E. We will never call you or email you to demand payment and threaten to disconnect your service if payment isn’t received immediately. Click here for tips on how to spot a scam.

报告风暴损害

Residents and businesses are encouraged to report their storm-related damages using the County of San Diego’s 损害评估检验 (一次性的en español). The information gathered in this survey will help the County assess the extent of local impacts and advocate on behalf of the community for state and federal assistance. (NOTE: Completing this form does not guarantee you will be eligible for disaster relief assistance and is not a substitute for submitting a claim with your insurance).
